Best Practices

When creating a workspace it is recommended the following steps are taken:

  • Upon completion of the workspace, export it as a bundle and hold multiple backups. This will make for a quick resolution if the iPad becomes damaged or the workspace is deleted by a user.

  • It's recommended that a separate workspace should be created purely for troubleshooting the wider system. This should contain installation specific service notes and include the Device Watcher module to visually depict a connection to devices on the wider network.

  • Enable password protection where possible when integrating 3rd party API's.
