Yes.

You can continue to use the current version for as long as you like. It will remain registered and will work forever.

Additionally, you will receive 12 months of free updates from the date you purchased the license.

You don't have to keep renewing if you don't want to. When a feature comes along that you can't do without, you can purchase 1 year of updates.
