I cannot start Ctrl Engine (Windows)

If you cannot start Ctrl Engine try the steps blow before contacting support?

  • Firstly try restarting the process via Windows Services Manager.

  • Get a copy of the app data at the System32 path.

  • Uninstall then reinstall Ctrl Engine without deleting the contents of the AppData folder within th System32 file directory.

  • Finally, do a clean install but ensure a backup of all data within your System32 folder to preserve your Ctrl Suite license.

  • If you are still facing issues, get in contact with us through our Support Channel and send us thee contents of all Ctrl Engine and CtrlNet folders of your Windows System32 AppData folder to allow us to investigate any potential issues and provide a solution.
